Technical Support Representative

Job Summary: Provide support to end users for PC, network or application problems or inquiries. Receives, researches and resolves technical problems and inquires from internal and remote users.

Functional Responsibilities: Intermediate level subject matter expert, subject to moderate supervision. 
Receives technical questions and problems via inbound phone calls. 
Interprets, evaluates, troubleshoots, and resolves first level technical inquiries and problems. 
Refers higher level or more complex issues to senior staff. 
Tracks, monitors, and follows up on inquiries or requests to ensure client satisfaction. 
Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Requirements
1-3 years of equivalent business experience. 
System Administrator experience required.
Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications preferred.
Sales Force Administrator Experience a plus
