The Account Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and high quality service for maintenance-mode clients, as well as securing relationships between company and clients through effective communication and execution. The Account Specialist is expected to support multiple clients, each often with multiple systems, at any particular time.
The Account Specialist role includes technical analysis, tracking, execution, and testing for assigned web and software development efforts. Responsibilities include providing direct response to customer requests, managing tasks, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure quality throughout the entire software lifecycle. The Account Specialist is also responsible for deliverables, schedules, budgets, and action items, while directing small teams focused on the delivery of client solutions.
The Account Specialist is a customer-facing role. Due to the complexities of software systems, qualified individuals will have technical background combined with experience in facilitating positive customer relationships.
