Start-up advertising agency needs an experienced, organized and assertive individual to manage an office of 20 employees and growing.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments for the Partners
- Inventory and supplies management
- Hiring and supervision of secretarial staff
- Entertaining clients, booking hotels, making dinner reservations and purchasing gifts
- Running errands for Partners
