Office Manager

 Start-up advertising agency needs an experienced, organized and assertive individual to manage an office of 20 employees and growing.
 
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Scheduling appointments for the Partners
  • Inventory and supplies management
  • Hiring and supervision of secretarial staff
  • Entertaining clients, booking hotels, making dinner reservations and purchasing gifts
  • Running errands for Partners
 
The ideal candidate will posess impecable organization and communication skills, will thrive in a busy office environment and will be available to work nights, weekends, holidays and any other time your assistance is required.
